This resort is great for families, offering excellent beach access and a well-maintained pool. However, my room was not as clean as I expected, and the hot tub was lukewarm during my stay. Overall, while the location is a plus, improvements on room maintenance would enhance the experience significantly.

We had a lovely stay in a Beachside Two Doubles Sofabed room, and I was pleasantly surprised that our room was ready even though we arrived early. The pools were fantastic, and we loved lounging by the beach access and enjoying the hot tub. The only downside was the lack of a microwave, which made it tricky to heat up meals for the kids, but overall, we had a great time! 🏖️

Facilities are old and worn out!!! Showers have inconsistent water pressure!!! Parking situation can be frustrating during busy times!!! Rooms are cramped, making movement a challenge!!! Bugs were an unwelcome surprise!!!

Great beach access for all visitors.
My stay was particularly disappointing because the water pressure in the bathroom was incredibly low. Additionally, the hot tub was not functioning during my two-day visit, which was so frustrating. I expected much more for the price I paid, and the staff seemed indifferent to the issues we faced.

Great location and clean rooms!
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the clean room and how close we were to the beach. The pools were a great bonus, perfect for families. Parking was easy to find too! However, the stairs to the upper levels were narrow and worn, which made moving luggage a bit tricky.

The Waves Oceanfront Resort has a fantastic location right near the beach. I loved the convenience of being able to walk directly to the sand in just a few minutes. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. The staff was really helpful and made things easy when I needed extra towels. The heated pool was a hit with my kids, though it did get crowded at times. However, the room felt outdated. the carpet was worn, and the bathroom needed some updates. There was a lot of noise from the carts driving around at night, which made it hard to sleep. The parking situation also left a lot to be desired, with limited spaces available, especially during peak times. Despite these issues, the access to local attractions and the beach made it a fun trip overall.

great service but needs some attention
Check-in was quick and easy, with all questions answered professionally. The view of the ocean from my room was stunning, making my stay even more memorable.
The children's presence in the hot tub detracted from the experience.

Yo, the dining scene around here is busting! Joseph's by the Sea was a total gem with fresh seafood that'll make your taste buds dance. Plus, the nearby Sunset Bar & Grill has killer sunset views and juicy burgers that hit the spot. Now, let’s not forget the heated pool that was pure bliss after a sun-soaked day! My fam loved chilling there.
On the flip side, our room was like a vintage time capsule that needed a good sprucing up. The couch was more 'ugh' than 'ahh,' and the noise from the carts zooming around at midnight was like a party we didn’t sign up for. It's still a solid place, but a little maintenance wouldn’t hurt!

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved how close the pools were and being right on the beach. Spent our days at nearby attractions, just a short walk to some great spots. The staff was super helpful and our room was clean and comfy. The designated adult swim time was a nice touch!
One downside was the train noise at night which interrupted our sleep. It was unexpected and could be bothersome for light sleepers.
